You will have up to 5 hours to complete the NCLEX test. The test will have a minimum of 75 questions, and a maximum of 145 questions. Based on your skill level, the NCLEX test ensures that the questions are not "too hard" or "too easy." The NCLEX exam is a computerized adaptive test (CAT): each question you receive is selected based on your performance on previous questions.
